Starting with cassavas from the Colombian coffee region, we swirled in just the right amount of the sublime taste of a classic backyard barbeque. The result: a timeless favorite that stands out not just because of its delicious taste, but also because it is all-natural, gluten free, non-GMO, vegan, allergen-free (dairy, nut, soy, etc.), and has 40% less fat than leading fried potato chip brands. Potato chips typically contain 10g of fat per 1oz (28g) serving compared to 6g of fat for our cassava chips.
